Lignum Tech is a Spanish company founded with the goal of becoming a leader in industrialized solutions for the real estate market of the future.

With a deep understanding of the market and a commitment to meeting the ever-increasing demands for quality, efficiency, and sustainability in construction, Lignum Tech aims to develop systems that not only meet these requirements but also do so on competitive terms.

In response to this need, the company has designed a variety of systems suitable for both renovation and new construction.

Our factories

Lignum Tech has two production facilities in the city of Cuenca, where our innovative building systems are manufactured.

Both are located in the Sepes Industrial Park.

The first facility covers an area of approximately 10,000 square meters and has a production capacity of 175,000 square meters of prefabricated facade panels per year.

At our second manufacturing facility, we produce bathrooms, cantilevers, and staircases.

This factory, located next to the first one, covers 4,000 square meters, from which the systems are shipped to other storage areas within the same industrial park.

Processes

This is the wood transformation cycle:

Responsible forest management

Treatments, thinning, management plans, and harvesting to maintain a healthy, clean, and continuously growing forest. All conducted in accordance with Chain of Custody certifications.

First processing: Sawmill

A sawmill equipped with the latest and most advanced machinery on the market, featuring structural grading and a drying kiln.

Secondary processing: Lignum Tech

Lignum Tech operates a robotic, autonomous plant capable of producing the facades for 12 homes each day.

Prefabricated facade

Once the facade panels arrive on site—with up to five panels, each measuring more than 25 m², and totaling up to 150 m² per truck—the facade has an average weight of about 60 kg/m².

3. Secondary processing: Lignum Tech

Lignum Tech operates a robotic, autonomous plant capable of producing the facades for 12 homes each day.

4. Prefabricated facade

Once the facade panels arrive on site—with up to five panels, each measuring more than 25 m², and totaling up to 150 m² per truck—the facade has an average weight of about 60 kg/m².
