Self-supporting facade
The façade consists ofa load-bearing lightweight timber frame with structural capacity,the dimensionsof whichwill depend on the loads it is designed to support. Theframe is filled with rock wool insulation and, on the exterior, incorporates an OSB-3 structural panel, a waterproofing membrane, and an exterior finish layer with customizable cladding or a continuous finish.
The interior is finished with FOC laminated gypsum board, topped with a vapor barrier.
